Green Tea Noodles With Terriyaki Chicken

Here's another quick fix meal which Alycia and Sherilyn can never seem to get fed up with - green tea noodles. Sherilyn would be beaming if I would cook her green tea noodles twice a day, everyday! If there's a bowl of green tea noodles on the dining table at every meal, she doesn't need 2-3 hours to painstakingly chew and swallow her food. She can gobble down the bowl of noodles in less than an hour.

We had green tea noodles with cold soba sauce and toasted sesame seeds the other day. Daddy bought some terriyaki chicken from a Japanese restaurant and with that, Alycia and Sherilyn had quite a balanced meal for lunch.

Alicia... my gals actually prefer to eat the chicken un-cut. They like to 'suck the bone' as they always say it :S

Since number 2 takes forever to finish her meals, and u said noodle does best, why not make noodles for her everyday? noodles n rice same ma. carbo.

i've been analysis philip's intake too n found that he loves beehoon very much. so in a week he will have probably 2-4 times porridge n the rest noodles n pasta.

Malaika's Mum and Lemonjude... you can get the green tea noodles from any organic shop, Cold Storage or Jaya Jusco. I got the cold soba sauce from Jusco too. You can also get organic ones from organic shops.

Little Lamb... the prob with Sher is that she wants noodles at every meal, every day! How to 'chau' her like this? She has to eat what everyone else eats right?
